Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resilient Executive Assistant to provide full-time, on-site support to an executive in our small office near USC/Vernon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with ease, and can remain composed under pressure while supporting daily executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed Handle incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries on behalf of the executive Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters Handle challenging or unexpected situations calmly and professionally
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently, anticipate the executive's needs, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Resilient, thick-skinned, and able to stay composed under pressure Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
