Role Description This position is in person, not remote, and some travel will require. This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, based in Los Angeles, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide vital administrative and operational support to CEO, including the management of schedules, effective communication on behalf of executives, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining detailed records, organizing key meetings, personal tasks, and coordinating priorities across departments to enhance efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support day-to-day operations. Strong Executive Support skills, including scheduling, task management, and prioritization. Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency with office and project management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in real estate or supporting executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a plus.

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Experiences
