Job Description:
Our client, a prominent entertainment law firm based in LA, is looking for an executive assistant with significant legal entertainment experience. We are looking for someone who has worked closely with business and legal affairs and is familiar with A-list celebrity clients, as well as their agents, managers, business managers, studio executives, and producers. 80k-95k with Paid OT and great benefits Hybrid- WFH Fridays The right candidate will be:
  • Comfortable handling heavy phones, complex scheduling, email and document management, expense reports, and other daily desk responsibilities
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage chaotic, fast-moving desks
  • A quick learner who can get up to speed with minimal instruction
  • Able to organize and prioritize hundreds of daily emails, identify key points and action items, and execute promptly with minimal oversight
  • Skilled in drafting, revising, editing, and proofreading professional correspondence, including transmittal letters and confidential communications with high-profile clients and their representatives
  • Able to maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure timely responses to emails, comments, signatures, and other pending items
  • Familiar with key players in the entertainment industry
  • A true self-starter who is resourceful enough to solve problems independently before seeking guidance
  • Able to shift focus quickly to urgent matters while continuing to manage daily desk duties
  • Proficient in iManage and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, including converting PDFs to Word documents for editing, redlining, and redacting
  • Experienced with redlining both PDF and Word documents and using tracked changes
  • Experienced with in Entertainment, which would be a plus
