Job Description:
Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Legal Assistant / Litigation Operations Coordinator to support a busy Law firm in a fast-paced litigation practice. This is not a traditional administrative role. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume environments, excels at follow-through, and can effectively manage competing priorities while keeping matters moving forward. In this role, you will manage a high-volume inbox, prioritize urgent matters, draft communications, and ensure seamless coordination. You will oversee calendars and deadlines, track active matters, and proactively follow up with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure assignments and key deliverables remain on track. Strong organizational skills and accountability are essential. This is a high-impact position where you will work directly with a President of the firm to improve execution, maintain visibility over critical tasks, and ensure the litigation practice runs efficiently. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 plus benefits
