Position Summary:
Kind Lending is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the President and Chief Production Officer. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and seamless day-to-day operations of executive leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel with precision and foresight. Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up action items. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Streamline administrative processes and implement organizational systems to improve efficiency. Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines and ensuring timely execution. Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting. Support communication flow across departments, ensuring alignment and clarity. Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. High level of proficiency with modern technology and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, CRM systems). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage priorities independently and exercise sound judgment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services industry. Familiarity with production or sales-driven environments. Experience supporting multiple executives or complex organizational structures. Key Competencies Extreme organization and time management. Proactive problem-solving mindset. Tech fluency and adaptability. Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism. Ability to anticipate needs and think ahead.
Pay Disclosure:
The starting base pay for this position is $28.85/hr. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
