This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, exercises sound judgment, and can operate as a reliable extension of leadership across a range of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee a dynamic and frequently changing calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives. Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, maintaining a professional and polished presence at all times. Prepare and coordinate materials for executive meetings, including leadership reviews, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions using tools like PowerPoint and Excel. Organize and manage information flow by tracking action items, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners to schedule meetings, calls, and events. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Provide flexibility and availability outside standard business hours when critical needs arise. Contribute to additional initiatives such as HR-related tasks, market research, and basic financial analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred. Prior experience supporting executives in a high-demand, fast-paced setting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Professional demeanor with the ability to represent senior leadership effectively. Self-starter who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and execute without constant oversight. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and maintaining discretion.
