The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support our Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development/Asset Management and the broader Real Estate team. This is more than a traditional administrative role—this position offers exposure to real estate development projects, investment activities, and cross-functional operations , making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and wants to grow within the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities Real Estate & Project Support Coordinate development and asset management projects, including tracking timelines and deliverables Support due diligence processes , including consultant coordination and documentation Assist with contract administration for vendors (tracking, compliance, payments, insurance) Prepare and distribute recurring reports for internal stakeholders Support development of investment committee materials (agendas, memos, presentations) Assist with project-related operational needs, including site coordination Executive Support Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses for senior leadership Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials Coordinate internal meetings, including agendas and logistics Serve as a key point of contact for the Real Estate team Department Operations Coordinate events, sponsorships, and marketing-related activities Track department memberships, subscriptions, and renewals Support compliance-related processes, including coordination with external partners Assist with special projects, initiatives, and team operations What We ' re Looking For Experience 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or real estate/development environments Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams preferred Exposure to real estate development, construction, or asset management Skills & Competencies Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Adobe, Google Earth, or similar tools is a plus Education Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Still Undecided?
