I run masterclasses, retreats, a mastermind, and speaking events worldwide — and I'm looking for the right-hand powerhouse who can help me bring this vision to life.

You can jump from creating graphics to booking travel to coordinating a retreat — without dropping a detail. You want your work to matter — and you want to be part of a mission that changes lives. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-standards environment (where done is never "good enough" unless it's exceptional). What You'll Support with:

Creative & Design:

Social media management, presentations, and event materials.

Marketing Support:

Assist with social scheduling, campaigns, and outreach for collaborations + speaking gigs.

Calendar & Travel:

Keep my calendar tight and my travel smooth — you're the time-and-logistics gatekeeper.

Event Coordination:

Help plan and run retreats, masterclasses, and live events (yes, you'll travel).

Special Projects:

Anything that moves the mission forward.

Copy write:

Execute on content for newsletters, social, and more Kajabi +

Funnels:

Build and update landing pages, email sequences, and course portals. (Expertise in this is NOT required, but definitely a bonus)
