Job Description
Hiring an Executive Assistant to support a few leaders, including a VP of Marketing. Fully onsite M-F in West hills, CA Must have at least 1 year of EA experience supporting executives or higher Covering for a LOA, anywhere from 3-9 months Description This role requires a high level of discretion and real time decision making, and dedicated ownership of complex calendar management and staff coordination across four locations - responsibilities that cannot be effectively distributed. The position is critical to maintaining leadership efficiency, enabling focus on strategic priorities and supporting overall department performance.
