This role helps keep priorities on track by managing schedules, communications, and day to day logistics. The EA is a trusted partner who handles sensitive information with discretion and supports coordination across teams and external partners. Responsibilities Manage calendars, including scheduling, coordinating across time zones, and resolving conflicts Prioritize incoming requests and communications to support the CEO's time and focus Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-ups Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and last minute changes Manage email communications, including drafting, responding, and organizing messages Handle calls and follow-ups with customers and vendors in a professional manner Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and board materials with strong attention to detail Help plan meetings, offsites, and company events Support cross functional coordination and special projects as needed Identify simple process improvements to keep workflows efficient
Qualifications:
2-5 years of administrative or related experience, preferably supporting senior leaders Strong organizational and time management skills Good judgment with the ability to stay proactive and anticipate needs High level of discretion and professionalism Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling last minute changes Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools likeGoogle Workspace or Slack Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. 2 or more years' recent experience inMortgage Other Duties:
