This individual will contribute to maintaining the Executive Team's productivity and enhancing the overall organizational efficiency, effectively leading the Company towards continued success and growth. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the CEO, COO, and executive team with calendar control and support, including scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. Gather data and prepare reports and presentations as needed to support decision-making processes. Draft and edit emails, letters, and other documents on behalf of the executives. Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as fund-raising events and staff appreciation events. Handle executive level administrative responsibilities for logistical support. Drive key deliverables, provide follow-up on outstanding tasks, and resolve any issues with completion of project. Manage corporate travel arrangements and itineraries while keeping travel preferences in mind. Manage special projects and initiatives as well as carry out personal and business-related tasks. Develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and outside contacts. Additional duties as assigned by the CEO and COO. Read minds.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years Executive Assistant experience required Bachelor's degree Proficient in Microsoft Office Organized and detail oriented Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information High level of accuracy and efficiency Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel Courteous, professional manner, with a strong service-oriented mindset
