Full-Time About Us Foot & Ankle Concepts, Inc. is a growing podiatry practice with 8 locations throughout Southern California. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our physician and management team. Position Summary We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can help manage day-to-day administrative operations across multiple office locations. This position will work directly with the owner and leadership team to ensure efficient office operations, coordinate projects, assist with communications, and help keep the organization running smoothly. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the physician owner and management team Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments Assist with communication between office locations Track and follow up on projects and assignments Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents Manage vendor communications and office supply ordering Organize and maintain electronic and physical records Help oversee office procedures and operational workflows Assist with marketing and business development projects as needed Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3 years of administrative or office management experience Healthcare or medical office experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Google Workspace is a plus Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation and willingness to occasionally travel between office locations Preferred Qualifications Experience in a multi-location healthcare practice Knowledge of medical terminology Experience working directly with business owners or executives Project management experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off Health benefits available Opportunities for growth and advancement Stable, long-term position with a growing healthcare organization Why Join Us?
