Legal Executive Assistant | Up to $150K | Silicon Valley A prestigious global law firm with a highly respected international practice is seeking a polished and experienced Executive Assistant to support Senior Partners in its growing Silicon Valley office. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing environment known for professional growth, stability, and long-term career development. In this key role, you will provide high-level administrative support with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars for Senior Partners
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare expense reports, billing documentation, and financial materials
  • Draft, edit, and proofread legal and business correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, client events, and conference calls
  • Assist with litigation-related administrative support and case coordination
  • Maintain confidential documents and sensitive client information with discretion
  • Support special projects and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years supporting Partner-level attorneys within a law firm
  • Litigation support experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
