Job Summary Job Summary Under limited supervision of a Cabinet member, this position serves as an Executive Assistant and performs complex secretarial and clerical duties. Assists the administrator with detailed tasks, utilizing judgment and a deep understanding of department and school operations. Performs related work as assigned.. Requirements /
Qualifications Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Five (4) years of administrative support experience
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in a public education environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the Spanish language both verbally and in writing (Upon passing the District's PDL assessment, may provide interpretation in a second language (e.g., Spanish) and qualify for a stipend) Letter of Introduction (Must be on Word or PDF document
  • photos are not acceptable) Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) Letters of Recommendation Dated within the last year) Proof of HS Graduation Resume (Must be on Word or PDF document
