This is a Direct Hire position, offering a part-time schedule with the potential to transition to full-time at the beginning of the new year. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of the Board of Directors and executive team, providing comprehensive support and coordination. Work Hours Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 2:30 PM Compensation Compensation ranges from $27 to $40 per hour, with benefits offered. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision. 401k. Vacation. Annual bonus. Tuition reimbursement. Responsibilities Act as a trusted liaison and advisor to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team Prepare, compile, and distribute board packages and key executive materials Manage and present critical information flow between stakeholders, executives, and the Board Oversee highly confidential communications, documentation, and executive calendars (CEO, CFO, COO, Board members) Coordinate board meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and meeting planning Support strategic initiatives and offsite events, including high-profile annual planning sessions with occasional weekend involvement Qualifications Highschool Diploma or greater Minimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel and collaboration/project tools (e.g., Asana or similar). Background and credit check required. Additional Details Around 5% travel time is expected.
