Summary of Job Description As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and resort leadership team. This role requires the use of independent judgment, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills to support daily operations within the Executive Office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing correspondence and reports, coordinating meetings and special projects, maintaining confidential records, and serving as a liaison between departments to ensure efficient communication and execution of resort initiatives. This position pays $28/hour. Work Hours Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs. Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on resort events and functions. Job Requirements Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel. Minimum of 2 years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in hospitality. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects. Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally. Job Responsibilities Support the General Manager and leadership team with a wide variety of administrative duties. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, requisitions, and other related materials. Compile, tabulate, and summarize data and prepare management information reports. Create forms, bulletins, charts, tables, and spreadsheets involving data analysis and manipulation. Review, edit, revise, and proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality. Record and transcribe minutes from meetings, committees, and conferences. Arrange, schedule, and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, and special events. Coordinate assigned projects and initiatives with departments throughout the resort. Maintain confidential files, records, and Executive Office documentation. Assist with executive communications and follow up on departmental action items. Support VIP guest experiences, leadership functions, and associate recognition events as directed. Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards. Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve all standards of operations. Follow safety and security procedures. Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team.
