We are looking for an Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the top producing Real Estate Broker on the #1 Team in the county, The Whissel Beer Group. In this position you will work side by side with J.C. to work through daily tasks, plan projects, and assist in negotiations, providing fast-tracked learning, growth, and maturity in the industry. The assistant's responsibilities include listing management partnership (we have a separate listing manager), social media management, client relations, team accountability, tracking account expenses/monthly numbers, and maintaining the client data base. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Strong familiarity with social platforms and use of technology is highly important. Ultimately, you will help maintain efficiency allowing for further business expansion in the future. Responsibilities Implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and administrative support. Oversee all steps in active transactions from start to closing
  • complete appropriate tasks Manage and complete general marketing tasks and social media postings Assist with media creation

g. e-calendars and copy machines) Professional and considerate verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality High School degree This is an in person position working out of our Northpark Office Monday thru Friday with occasional weekend assignments.
  • There will not be an emphasis on qualifications for the hiring of this position as the focus will be on finding the right character fit for the company.
