This role is ideal for someone who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable helping with day-to-day personal support, home organization, errands, and light administrative tasks. The right candidate will be flexible, discreet, and willing to help wherever needed to keep the CEO's personal and professional life running smoothly. Responsibilities Household & Personal Support Assist with light cooking and meal preparation Help with cleaning, tidying, laundry, and general home organization Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, package drop-offs/pickups, returns, and other personal tasks Support with household chores and maintaining an organized living environment Coordinate vendors, cleaners, maintenance workers, and other service providers when needed Help manage household supplies and ensure essentials are stocked Administrative Support Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and appointment coordination Help organize documents, receipts, expenses, and basic records Support with email drafting, follow-ups, and light communication tasks Book travel, reservations, and appointments as needed Handle basic research tasks and miscellaneous administrative projects Maintain confidentiality across all personal and professional matters Qualifications Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, household assistant, nanny/house manager, or similar role preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable helping with both household tasks and basic admin work Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to take initiative and complete tasks without constant supervision Comfortable working in a private household setting Valid driver's license and access to transportation preferred Ideal Candidate Proactive and willing to help with a wide range of tasks Discreet and professional Calm, dependable, and adaptable Comfortable working closely with a busy founder/CEO Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and efficient LGBTQ+ Gen Z Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, availability, and scope of responsibilities.
