Drive Strategy. Build Influence. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy partnership with Jason Middleton, CEO and Founder of Silver Air. The Executive Personal Assistant operates as an extension of the CEO—managing his time, priorities, and environment so he can perform at the highest level across business, brand, and lifestyle. You will run the CEO's day end-to-end. This includes calendar, travel, communication, content coordination, and personal logistics. You will anticipate needs, remove friction, and ensure execution across multiple domains without constant direction. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a hybrid position combining executive support, marketing and content coordination, lifestyle management, and operational execution. This role requires strong judgment, speed, discretion, and the ability to shift seamlessly between business priorities and personal logistics.
Workload Split:
65% Marketing Support & Lifestyle Management Content coordination, brand alignment, social/media support, travel planning, personal scheduling, and day-to-day execution of the CEO's lifestyle and public-facing presence. 30% Business & Operational Coordination Calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, executive follow-ups, cross-functional alignment, and ensuring priorities are executed across the organization. 5% Household Oversight Light coordination of vendors, scheduling, and ensuring the CEO's home environment supports his schedule and performance. Key Responsibilities Executive & Lifestyle Operations (Primary Focus) Own and operate the CEO's daily ecosystem from first touchpoint ( 8:00 AM) through end-of-day alignment. Design and maintain a high-performance daily rhythm across business, travel, wellness, content, and personal priorities. Anticipate needs in advance; remove friction before it surfaces. Manage all travel end-to-end (commercial, private aviation, international), ensuring seamless execution across time zones and logistics. Ensure all environments (office, travel, home) are consistently prepared, organized, and aligned with performance standards. Business & Executive Coordination Own the CEO's calendar and inbox with precision, prioritization, and strong decision-making. Drive alignment across the CEO, Chief People Officer, and executive team on priorities, meetings, and follow-through. Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials; track action items and ensure completion. Act as a central operator across departments—connecting aviation, operations, media, and business initiatives. Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment across all interactions. Marketing, Brand & Content Execution (High Priority) Coordinate and support the CEO's content ecosystem across podcast, social media, and brand initiatives. Manage timelines, logistics, and execution for content production (recordings, shoots, travel-based content). Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and alignment with Silver Air's positioning. Support partnerships, collaborations, and brand-facing opportunities tied to the CEO. Serve as a quality filter—flagging anything that does not meet brand or aesthetic standards. Household & Personal Infrastructure (Light but Critical) Coordinate vendors, services, and scheduling to ensure seamless home operations. Align household logistics with the CEO's business and travel schedule. Maintain a reliable, low-friction personal environment that supports performance. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Core Capabilities Operates as an extension of the CEO with strong judgment, prioritization, and decision-making. Anticipates needs across business, travel, content, and lifestyle—solving problems before they surface. Maintains absolute discretion and composure in high-pressure, high-visibility environments. Balances speed with precision; executes quickly without sacrificing quality or detail. Execution & Operational Strength Owns complex calendar and inbox management across shifting priorities and time zones. Proven experience supporting a senior executive operating across multiple domains (business, travel, brand, personal).Executes end-to-end logistics:
travel (commercial + private), meetings, content production, and day-to-day operations. Strong systems thinker—creates structure, improves workflows, and reduces friction without being asked. High digital fluency across modern tools (Apple ecosystem, productivity platforms, content coordination tools). Marketing, Brand & Aesthetic Judgment Strong eye for detail, design, and brand—can immediately identify what is "on" or "off" brand. Comfortable operating in content environments (social media, podcast, brand partnerships). Able to coordinate shoots, manage timelines, and support execution of high-quality visual/content output. Understands how personal brand, business brand, and audience engagement intersect. Operator Profile Highly proactive; operates without oversight or repeated direction. Comfortable switching between business strategy, logistics, and personal execution seamlessly. Strong presence and communication style; can interact confidently across executives, clients, operators, and vendors. Low ego, high ownership—no task is too small, no responsibility too large. Thrives in a fast-moving, non-linear environment where priorities shift and expectations are high.
