Job Description:
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the CEO's time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently and effectively. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and accommodations Prepare, submit, and track expense reports accurately and timely Schedule and coordinate executive-level meetings, board meetings, offsites, and conferences Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Coordinate and schedule interviews and executive recruiting meetings as needed Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion Support day-to-day executive office operations and administrative needs Maintain proper filing and organization of records, documents, and correspondence Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues before they arise Take on ad-hoc projects and special assignments as directed by the CEO Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and exercise sound judgment Experience working for multinational semiconductor companies. Experience with project management tools. Event planning experience.
