Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Legal Executive Assistant to support the General Counsel and executive leadership team in a wide range of legal, transactional, and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for a polished professional with strong real estate legal experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Counsel and senior leadership team Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting Coordinate and support real estate closings, including preparation, review, and organization of legal documentation Assist with drafting, filing, and maintaining legal correspondence, contracts, and entity documentation Track critical dates, deadlines, filings, and compliance requirements related to real estate transactions and legal entities Serve as a liaison with outside counsel, title companies, lenders, and third-party vendors Maintain organized legal and executive files, records, and confidential information Support litigation management and document organization as needed Partner cross-functionally with accounting and finance teams regarding loan monitoring and reporting Take initiative to improve administrative and legal processes while managing multiple priorities efficiently Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal role within a real estate or legal environment Strong understanding of real estate transactions, title reports, settlement statements, and legal filings Experience supporting senior executives or attorneys with calendar management and administrative coordination Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems Paralegal certification preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) PTO and Sick Time Why choose Addison Group?
