Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, highly experienced and organized Corporate Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This vital role involves coordinating projects and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a passion for multi-tasking. Bachelor's Degree required. Duties Manage and maintain detailed calendars for executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace. Prepare, proofread, and generate documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail. Work with Administration to coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue arrangements and technology setup to facilitate seamless events. Assist corporate office operations such as filing, data entry and maintaining organized records through filing systems. Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items. Support personal assistant duties including managing confidential information and handling special requests efficiently. Qualifications Proven 5+ years of experience in executive administrative support or office management roles. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience and familiarity with office equipment including multi-line phone systems. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of professionalism across all interactions.
