Job Description
Our non-profit client is seeking a contract to hire Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. This is a fully on-site role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech saavy, anticipates needs, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Assist with donor meetings, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up communication.
Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams with a high level of proficiency.
Order, set up, and coordinate lunches for meetings and on-site events.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Support the CEO proactively by thinking ahead, identifying potential needs, and resolving issues before they arise.
Ensure the CEO's day-to-day needs are met, handling personal and business tasks with confidentiality and discretion.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor; be easy to work with and adaptable.
Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Excellent MS Office and MS Teams skills; comfortable with technology and quickly learning new platforms.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive attitude with demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Proactive attitude with demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
