Job Description

A private equity firm is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team and daily office operations. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support. This is a full-time, in-office position based in downtown Denver. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, though flexibility may be required based on business needs and executive schedules. Executive Support Provide daily administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Coordinate daily breakfast and lunch arrangements for the CEO. Office Operations Support the operations team with day-to-day administrative and organizational needs. Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment. Coordinate and distribute employee lunches daily. Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain office supply inventory, kitchen stock, and vendor orders. Assist with corporate credit card receipt collection and expense documentation. Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and administrative documentation. Provide general administrative support to employees and executives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required with a minimum GPA of 3.0. 1+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
