Job Description

Executive Assistant (EA) Join my client, a well-established design and architecture firm, as their next Executive Assistant. This is a true executive partnership role designed for someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently, and thrives as the connective force behind a high-performing leadership team. Why You Should Apply High-level partnership role supporting senior leadership in a dynamic, collaborative environment Compensation package of $90,000-$110,000 base salary plus 10% bonus opportunity Hybrid flexibility with work-life balance Strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, wellness offerings, and travel-related perks What You'll Be Doing as the Executive Assistant (EA) Manage complex executive calendars, shifting priorities, and strategic scheduling needs Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics Serve as a key communication bridge between leadership and internal stakeholders Track action items and ensure follow-through on critical business initiatives Support executive meetings, offsites, and leadership events Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create organizational structure Build strong internal relationships while confidently setting expectations and maintaining accountability About You as the Executive Assistant (EA) Prior experience supporting C-suite executives is required Naturally conversational and relationship-oriented, with strong executive presence Someone who takes ownership and operates with urgency and accountability Experience within hospitality, retail, or real estate environments is a plus International business exposure or global coordination experience is a plus If you're looking for a true Executive Assistant role where you'll be trusted as a strategic partner, valued for your voice, and empowered to make an impact every day, we'd love to connect with you.

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
