Manage the CEO's complex calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting notes Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, clients, investors, and staff Handle personal scheduling, reservations, errands, and special requests Coordinate personal travel, family logistics, and household-related tasks as needed Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion Assist with event planning, gifting, and personal projects Track priorities, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives on behalf of the CEO Conduct research and gather information for strategic decision-making Help streamline administrative processes and improve organizational efficiency Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High emotional intelligence and professionalism Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
