Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Executive Assistant for their corporate headquarters in Westminster, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys balancing executive support responsibilities with office operations management.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support executive leadership while managing day-to-day office operations. This individual will help maintain an efficient workplace, provide administrative support, and serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and communications. Screen calls, emails, and requests while handling routine matters independently. Maintain confidential records and support leadership with administrative projects. Serve as the primary contact for office operations, maintenance, and facility-related needs. Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies. Assist with employee events, office setup, and workplace coordination. Welcome guests, manage mail and deliveries, and maintain conference rooms. Coordinate visitor access, employee badges, and shipping activities. Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting multiple executives, preferably at the C-suite level. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
