The Role The company is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a wide range of responsibilities. As Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping manage daily priorities, coordinate operations, and ensure the organization runs efficiently. You will play a key role in enabling leadership to focus on strategic growth and business execution. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO Support prioritization of meetings, requests, and communications Operational & Administrative Support Organize and track tasks, projects, and follow-ups across the organization Help implement and maintain systems for scheduling, documentation, and workflow management Support internal communication and coordination across teams Office & Team Support Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization Support onboarding of new employees and coordination of internal resources Help facilitate meetings, events, and internal logistics Project & Strategic Support Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and processes
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management tools
Preferred:
