Job Description
Description Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities + Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments + Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting + Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive-level documents + Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders + Organize and support meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items + Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion + Monitor deadlines, prioritize requests, and ensure executives are prepared for upcoming commitments + Support special projects and assist with office coordination as needed Qualifications + 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives or leadership teams + Strong calendar management and scheduling experience + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems + Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to shifting priorities + Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support Preferred Qualifications + Experience in a corporate or professional services environment + Proven ability to work independently and manage competing demands + Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Requirements
- Proven experience providing executive-level administrative support in a detail-focused environment.
- Strong ability to manage calendars, prioritize competing requests, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements, including multi-stop or international itineraries.
- Demonstrated skill in organizing executive meetings and preparing clear, well-structured meeting documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, leadership, and external contacts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across scheduling, documentation, and project support.
- Proficiency with standard office software and administrative tools used for scheduling, communication, and document preparation.
