New Haven, CT Target Compensation:
$19/hr - $23/hr A mission-driven organization in New Haven is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the right hand to an executive. The Part-Time Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting internal processes. Why You'll Love This Opportunity Flexible part-time schedule High-visibility role working directly with executive leadership Opportunity to be a true right-hand as a Part-Time Executive Assistant Collaborative environment where organization and initiative are valued Key Responsibilities of the Part-Time Executive Assistant As a Part-Time Executive Assistant , you will: Manage and maintain the CEO's daily calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings Ensure efficient prioritization of appointments, deadlines, and commitments Support internal systems and processes, including document management and organization Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and assist with internal communications Serve as a point of contact for vendors and external service providers Facilitate communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders Track action items and ensure timely follow-up Act as a reliable and proactive right-hand to leadership in day-to-day operations Preferred Qualifications of the Part-Time Executive Assistant Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mail Merge) and Google Workspace (required) Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay ahead of deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Reliable transportation required Highly dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently as a Part-Time Executive Assistant #INJUN2026
