Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A high-profile entrepreneur and public figure is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to manage both business and personal operations. This role requires a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic individual who operates across multiple businesses, media appearances, and personal commitments. The ideal candidate has experience supporting talent, public figures, or high-net-worth individuals , and is comfortable managing both professional and household responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex business and personal calendars , coordinating meetings, appearances, and personal commitments
  • Book and coordinate domestic and international travel , including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
  • Coordinate glam, styling, and appearance logistics for media, events, and public engagements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, household staff, vendors, and external partners
  • Oversee day-to-day personal and household logistics , ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Manage shifting priorities and last-minute changes with efficiency and professionalism
  • Coordinate schedules across multiple businesses, projects, and personal commitments
  • Assist with special projects, event coordination, and operational support as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting a public figure, celebrity, entrepreneur, or high-net-worth individual
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
  • Experience coordinating glam teams, stylists, and appearance logistics is highly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and staff
  • Must be commutable to the Boca Raton, FL area
