Job Description

Overview The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and professional support to the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Services (SCS) and the SCS Executive Leadership team. This role requires strong organizational and clerical expertise, along with comprehensive knowledge of the health system, community hospitals, executive offices, and departments reporting to SCS leadership. The Executive Assistant exercises independent judgment and problem-solving skills to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including planning, initiating, and implementing administrative activities. The role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organization. This position requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information while interacting with executives, physicians, administrators, staff, and patients. Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to the SVP of Supply Chain Services and leadership team Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, and communications Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and health system stakeholders Plan, organize, and execute administrative projects and initiatives Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information Facilitate communication across departments, hospitals, and executive offices Support operational and strategic initiatives as assigned Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience Demonstrated experience managing projects and tasks independently Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Associate degree (may substitute for a portion of required experience) Technical or administrative training
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience Demonstrated experience managing projects and tasks independently Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Associate degree (may substitute for a portion of required experience) Technical or administrative training
