Job Description

Family-owned Real Estate business in Gainesville with over 40 years of experience, looking to have you join our team. We specialize in renting, leasing, and selling homes in Alachua County. Great Salary, Commission, Medical Benefits offered. We are looking for someone with great communication skills. This is not an entry-level position. Knowledge and experience in all of the duties & skills listed below will be required.
Duties Include:
Assisting in Purchases and Sales Assisting with In-House Closings Preparation of Contracts and Leases Title Work Handling Mortgages Handling Tax Deed Sales Record Keeping Data Entry Showing Properties General Office Assistance as needed We are looking for someone with the following skills: Strong Work Ethic Knowledge of the Gainesville Area Basic Computer Skills (Word+Excel+Exchange+Outlook) Good Customer Service Strong Organizational Skills Ability to Prioritize and Multi-Task in a Relaxed Office Atmosphere Willing to Establish and Maintain Effective Working Relationships This is a
