Job Description

About Us We design, install, and maintain advanced electrical systems. Our expertise spans traditional electrical contracting, security solutions, audio-visual integration, wireless networking, and building management systems. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Group President for all Florida operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient day-to-day executive support, seamless scheduling, and well-prepared meetings. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion. s. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the Group President's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple Florida locations Organize and prioritize daily schedules to ensure optimal use of executive time Prepare, compile, and distribute documents, reports, presentations, and agendas in advance of meetings Attend meetings as requested to take notes, capture action items, and distribute follow-up summaries Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries Serve as a point of contact between the Group President and internal teams, leadership, and external partners Assist with organizing leadership meetings, site visits, and special events. Maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence in an organized and accessible manner Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed Qualifications
REQUIRED
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive support role, preferably supporting senior leadership Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment High school diploma Ability to maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality with sensitive items Positive attitude and the ability to work with and learn from others Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers Agility in computer software
PREFERRED
