Job Description
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Executive Assistant opportunities in Jacksonville, FL. Pay:
- $ 24.87/hour +
Shift:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM +
Schedule:
- Hybrid (mandatory 3 days onsite in Jacksonville, FL)
- Responsibilities for an Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:
- + Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including proactive calendar management for multiple stakeholders and conflict resolution + Coordinate and manage travel planning and expense management, ensuring efficiency and maximized executive time + Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills + Support and help facilitate employee engagement events and executive site visits, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination •Candidates for Executive Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:•+ Strong administrative services background with proven attention to detail and prioritization skills + Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with executives and line management + Demonstrated ability in planning, problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in MS Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint •What's in this Executive Assistant position for you?
