This role is vital in ensuring seamless daily administrative operations, managing schedules, coordinating calendars, and handling a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and possess a proactive attitude to anticipate needs and deliver outstanding support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a forward-thinking organization committed to excellence. Responsibilities Manage an intricate and constantly evolving calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel, and events. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and contingency planning. Screen communications, prioritize requests, and manage correspondence on behalf of the executive. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on critical business initiatives. Serve as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, clients, partners, and vendors. Maintain confidential personal records and important documents. Represent the executive with professionalism and discretion at all times. Build and maintain positive relationships with executives, clients, business partners, and personal contacts. Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and sound judgment. Required Qualifications 2+ years supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, or high-net-worth individuals. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management systems. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
