Job Description:
A well-established private equity firm with offices in beautiful sunny Miami is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, confidential environment and enjoys being a true right hand to executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and complex travel arrangements Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external contacts Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and investor-facing materials Manage expenses, invoices, and administrative processes with accuracy and discretion Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events, both internal and external Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within private equity, investment management, finance, or a professional services environment Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a high-pressure setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
Preferred:
Experience supporting C-level or senior investment professionals Familiarity with private equity or financial services terminology Bachelor's degree
Location & Work Environment:
Based in the Miami, FL office, supporting leadership across both Miami and New York Collaborative, professional, and fast-paced culture
