Executive Assistant:
Provides administrative support to a Manager, Executive Vice President (EVP), or other senior leadership within the Corporate Department. Provides administrative assistance including drafting, editing, and preparing professional correspondence, emails, memoranda, and other communications on behalf of executives. Maintains comprehensive, accurate, and well-organized records, ensuring a high degree of precision and attention to detail. Performs minor accounting and administrative financial tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness. Coordinates meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary. Answers and directs phone calls in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. Manages executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, coordinating priorities, and ensuring timely attention to sensitive and time-critical matters. Handles confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Works independently and collaboratively on special, nonrecurring, or ongoing projects as requested by a Manager, EVP, or other senior leadership within the Corporate Department. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and project coordination. What we are looking for as an

Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint). Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
