This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. This role reports directly to the VP of Supply Chain located at our Rocket Park, FL headquarters site. We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent administrative and organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention toward safe and repeatable spaceflight. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Executive support

• Work closely and effectively with senior management to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Exercise good judgment while maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Calendar
• Manage extremely active calendars of appointments. Plan, coordinate, and ensure the schedule is followed and respected. Provide gatekeeper and gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to executives. Travel
• Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings. Complete expense reports timely, following and enforcing policy. Writing & Editing
• Compose and prepare draft documents and correspondence that are sometimes confidential. Tasks
• Complete tasks and critical aspects of deliverables. Projects
• Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, under pressure at times, handling a wide variety of activities and confidentiality with discretion. These could include supporting recruiting priorities and other ad hoc projects as required. Organization

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or additional relevant training/certifications 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and high customer service capabilities and delivery Demonstrated expertise in administrative support skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Paid Time Off:
