The Executive Assistant to the CEO is at the intersection of the principal's personal life and the firm's business operations, and is one of the most trusted seats in the organization. The Role You'll be the right-hand to the CEO across both worlds: a complex personal life (multiple residences, planes, boats, family logistics) and an active investment business (deals, events, special projects, a 30+ person team). Today, the split is roughly 70% personal / 30% business. That ratio will shift over time. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role. You'll move fast, anticipate needs before they surface, and bring an obsessive eye for detail to everything from a dinner reservation to a board offsite. You'll say no on the CEO's behalf, you'll fix things quietly, and you'll make the entire operation look effortless. What You'll Own
  • CEO family team, including onboarding, comp cycles, and day-to-day employee questions
  • Travel and residence logistics across Miami, New York, Sardinia, and Costa Rica — plane, boats, ground transport, household staff coordination
  • Hospitality and service standards across every touchpoint, from guest stays to vendor management
  • Business logistics, including events, conferences, board meetings, and special projects as assigned
  • Calendar, prioritization, and gatekeeping for the CEO What We're Looking For executive assistant, or operations experience supporting a high-net-worth principal, founder, or family office
  • Hospitality DNA you notice the wilted flower, the wrong wine glass, the unmade bed
  • Calm under pressure, sharp under chaos, discreet by default
  • Comfortable with weekends, after-hours, and 40%+ travel with short notice (more during peak seasons)
  • Willing to be on site often this is not a remote role
  • Strong written and verbal communicator; trusted with sensitive information Logistics
  • Based in Miami (open to relocation for the right person)
  • Onsite, with significant in-office and on-site time
  • 40%+ travel, often last-minute; higher during conferences and summer travel.
