About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant & Content Coordinator to serve as a trusted right hand to an entrepreneur, content creator, and growing portfolio of businesses. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who is equally confident supporting executive priorities and driving content execution. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media, content creation, and audience growth, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging content while helping keep projects, priorities, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. Beyond content, this person is resourceful, takes initiative, anticipates needs, and can confidently manage schedules, research, projects, and executive priorities with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities Content & Social Media Plan, organize, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms Film content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels Edit short-form video content using CapCut Schedule and publish content across social media platforms Organize content libraries, footage, and digital assets Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and emerging opportunities Contribute content ideas and assist with creative planning and execution Support content shoots, collaborations, events, and brand initiatives Ensure content projects remain organized and on schedule Executive Support & Business Operations Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and travel arrangements Handle personal and business-related administrative responsibilities Conduct research, identify solutions, and present recommendations Assist with the execution of projects and business initiatives Create and maintain systems that improve organization and efficiency Support special projects, launches, and business growth initiatives Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure follow-through Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help keep operations running smoothly Personal & Lifestyle Support Coordinate household appointments, maintenance, and service providers Manage deliveries, packages, inventory, and household logistics Assist with event preparation, hosting, and execution Coordinate vehicle maintenance, registrations, and service appointments Run errands, source items, and assist with purchasing as needed Support day-to-day personal, household, and business responsibilities Travel occasionally to assist with content, business initiatives, and events Who We're Looking For We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Preferred Experience Experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, creator, or personal brand Executive assistance, personal assistance, or founder support Content creation, social media management, or creator support Experience filming and editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Project coordination, business operations, hospitality, or concierge experience. - Available for a full-time afternoon/evening schedule, including one weekend day
- Comfortable managing both personal and business-related responsibilities
- Able to lift, move, organize, and assist with physical tasks when needed
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
