Role:
We are seeking a high-performing career Executive Assistant to support the International Vice President (IVP) of Latin America. This is a traditional, high-touch administrative partnership focused on regional alignment, elite schedule management, and complex international logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar:
Manage and protect the complex daily schedule of the IVP.
Travel:
Coordinate intricate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotel blocks, ground transport, and visas.
Procurement:
Handle vendor setup, open purchase orders, process invoices, and manage expense reports via internal corporate systems.
Meetings:
Orchestrate all logistics for high-profile regional meetings and events, including venues, catering, and AV setups.
Collaboration:
Partner with a distributed administrative network to ensure policy compliance and business continuity. What We re
Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years of corporate experience supporting C-suite or senior regional executives. A history of long-term stability and career longevity at past employers is highly valued.
Language Skills:
Advanced professional proficiency (written and spoken) in English AND Spanish or Portuguese is required to support the Latin American region.
Technical Savvy:
proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Hands-on experience with Concur, SAP, or Ariba is required.
Education:
