Job Description
Executive Personal Assistant Required (Miami FL) Miami, FL Full-time Full-time Overview A private individual is looking to hire an Executive Personal Assistant with extensive experience to assist a top CEO. The perfect candidate should possess exceptional intelligence, creativity, attentive listening skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective time management. This role entails working closely with the male CEO and maintaining a 24/7 availability to support both personal and professional responsibilities. The preferred candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to proactively address the CEO's needs with accuracy and efficiency.
Overseeing any renovations and construction projects in other residences Running any personal errands, special requests, gift purchasing, and any other related duties Managing very private information related to the corporate and personal life of the executive Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters, ensuring the principal's privacy and security are upheld at all times. Act as the primary point of contact for the principal, managing all incoming and outgoing communications. This includes responding to emails, phone calls, and messages promptly and professionally. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. The office is situated in the principal's private home office in Sunset Island, Miami, FL. Candidates must be at ease working in person at the family office or the private home office, as well as being self-disciplined to work remotely when required. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health insurance (medical, vision, and dental), vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Organize an ever-changing personal and business calendar for the principal Providing support out of the family home office in their residence Working alongside of team that supports the executive in the corporate office Managing communication among multiple departments Keeping track of expenses, creating detailed reports related to all spending Scheduling business meetings, preparing meeting rooms, sending out material for meetings Managing travel itineraries; Travel (Business/Personal/Family) - often complexDrafting email/mail correspondence Be available to respond to any emergencies or urgent matters that may arise, including during off-hours. Requirements:
