Founder Personal & Executive Assistant

Cavenaugh Media • Full-time • (In-person / Hybrid) About us We're a digital marketing agency, we run paid media, SEO, websites, CRM builds, and AI automation for home service businesses across the country. We've got a solid team in place, and we're looking for someone local to support the founder directly and keep the day running smooth. The role This is a support seat for the founder, on both the work side and the personal side. The job is keeping the calendar organized, the inbox under control, and the small stuff handled so the founder can stay focused on the bigger picture. It's a steady, organized role, not a high-pressure one. Being local in DFW matters here, since part of the job is running in-person errands and handling things on the ground. You'll work alongside our Operations Manager and Client Success Manager, who handle the heavier operational and client-facing work. What you'll do Keep the founder's calendar organized and send reminders ahead of meetings Help manage the inbox: sort, flag what matters, and draft replies when needed Track follow-ups and to-dos so nothing gets forgotten Handle travel and bookings for events and trips Run personal errands around

DFW:

pickups, drop-offs, appointments, purchases, and the occasional random ask Keep simple docs and notes tidy and easy to find Stay reachable over Slack, email, and text during work hours What we're looking for 1+ year as an assistant or in a similar organized, detail-focused role Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Strong written and spoken English Organized and reliable, you follow through and don't let things slip Comfortable with everyday tools like Google Workspace and Slack (we'll show you the rest) Trustworthy with personal and sensitive information Easygoing, proactive, and able to juggle a few things at once Nice to have: experience supporting a founder or working in a marketing or agency setting.
