Job Summary We are seeking a polished and dependable Executive Administrative Assistant for an on-site opportunity in Orlando, FL within a professional real estate and property management environment. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, guests, vendors, and incoming phone calls while maintaining a professional front desk presence.
- Manage visitor check-in, badge administration, deliveries, mail distribution, office supplies, lunches, and general office logistics.
- Maintain records management systems, documentation, filing processes, and confidential administrative information.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, office activities, and administrative projects to support daily business operations.
- Conduct research, respond to information requests, and assist with general clerical and office support tasks.
- Help ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment for employees, guests, and leadership. Compensation and Benefits
