Job Description:

Posh Tech is a fast-growing fashion tech accessories company whose products are sold through Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Bloomingdale's, and our direct-to-consumer channels. We design and market Apple Watch bands, AirTag accessories, AirPods cases, phone cases, and other tech Accessory products. We're seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our President. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. While executive support is part of the position, this role is equally focused on project management, execution, accountability, and helping drive initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and retail partnerships. The ideal candidate is a doer who enjoys pushing projects forward, solving problems, and taking ownership. Responsibilities

• Manage the President's calendar, inbox, travel, meetings, and communications
• Attend internal meetings and key customer meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
• Coordinate projects across departments and help keep priorities moving forward
• Support major retail accounts under the President's direction, including meeting preparation, follow-up, project coordination, and execution of key initiatives.
• Assist with sales, marketing, product development, and operational initiatives
• Conduct research, prepare presentations, gather data, and organize information for decision-making
• Coordinate vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams
• Provide occasional personal and family administrative support as needed Qualifications
• 3+ years supporting a founder, executive, C-suite leader, or senior leadership team
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, AI-powered productivity tools, and modern business software
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Consumer products, retail, fashion, ecommerce, or startup experience is a plus What We Offer
