LaVrar is a rapidly expanding creditors' rights law firm servicing some of the largest financial institutions in the country. POSITION SUMMARY
Executive Assistants at RAS LaVrar directly support managers and perform administrative tasks which support the day-to-day operation of their department. In addition, individuals in this role are sometimes called upon to help with legal tasks such as the filing of documents with courts. Executive Assistants are not expected to draft pleadings.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The following responsibilities are central to the role: Administrative tasks Email/inbox management, including distribution of work to staff on behalf of the manager. Calendar management. Meeting scheduling, prep, and agenda distribution. Management of internal ticketing queues. Data entry. Serve as the manager's gatekeeper. Specialized efforts Pull basic reports from the firm's CMS and distribute them to stakeholders. Process guide/SOP construction and maintenance. Coordinate and manage the firm's relationships with third-party vendors. File pleadings with courts.

Beat deadlines. Exhibit time-management skills/ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Take pride in the ability to work independently and problem solve. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email etiquette. Possess foundational computer knowledge and skills including familiarity with programs within the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
Educational/Experience Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred. Experience in an office setting or similar role may compensate for education.
