Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Executive Assistant
  • financial services (West Palm Beach).
Compensation:
$70,000
  • 75,000 base + bonus
Industry:
Financial Services We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast?paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism. Prior experience in financial services or a related corporate setting is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Executive support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare daily briefings. Communication management
  • Draft correspondence, screen calls/emails, and maintain professional communication on behalf of executives. Meeting coordination
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow?through. Document & data handling
  • Assist with presentations, reports, and light financial or operational documentation. Office & workflow organization
  • Maintain files, manage expenses, process invoices, and support general administrative operations. Relationship management
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications 2-4+ years of administrative or executive support experience Financial services exposure preferred (banking, wealth management, PE, investment advisory, etc.) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools Professional, polished communication style SE#510798000
