Part-Time | Flexible Hours Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and organization within a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain office filing systems (physical and electronic) Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages Assist with light document retrieval and file management Support general office organization and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry as needed Help prepare documents, forms, and correspondence Coordinate basic office supplies and inventory Assist leadership with scheduling and administrative support Ensure office spaces remain organized and professional Qualifications Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong attention to detail and follow-through Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Preferred Qualities Professional demeanor and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt and prioritize changing tasks Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible part-time schedule To apply, please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
