Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide contract support in Atlanta, Georgia within a high-visibility executive office environment. This contract assignment will partner closely with senior leadership support functions and requires someone who can manage shifting priorities with discretion, composure, and sound judgment. The ideal candidate brings strong executive support experience, excels in fast-paced settings, and communicates with professionalism across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee demanding executive calendars, aligning appointments, meetings, and time-sensitive commitments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including detailed itineraries, transportation, lodging, and related logistics.
  • Develop meeting agendas, assemble briefing materials, and track follow-up items to support well-prepared executive engagements.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between senior leaders, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
  • Evaluate competing requests and adjust schedules or priorities as business needs evolve throughout the day.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and discussions with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate executive needs, identify potential issues early, and resolve administrative challenges with minimal guidance.
